Quilt Story: Each year I have tried to challenge myself in some way while making a quilt for "The Quilt". Last year it was 'new to me' techniques. This year the challenge was to make a quilt from fabric leftover from other projects. As I sorted the pieces, it reminded me of a garden; an online search for ideas resulted in this quilt design. One never forgets family & friends who have lost their lives to cancer, but time spent making this quilt is a special time to remember.
