Quilt: 545 - Revised Sunstreaks

Donated By: Agnes Burroughs - Dorchester, Ontario

Created By: Agnes Burroughs

Quilt Story: My family began to donate quilts when our Father, and husband passed away in 2002. Mom myself and my sister Jody were active in getting the quilt ready. My other sisters Linda and Sandy threaded needles and made tea and goodies respectively. Interest has since waned, but I can't bear to have no quilt to do when the snow is floating down outside and I am snuggly and warm inside. I dedicate this one to our daughter Lisa who is in the 4th year of recovery from breast cancer. We are all looking forward to a party in September to celebrate the big 5 year mark. All the best wishes to everyone involved in this worthwhile project.
