Status Update: November 2021
We are very pleased that we are able to invite you back into our gallery by appointment for previews and consultations. We are also pleased to continue to provide virtual previews or consultations.
As we have throughout the pandemic, we adhere to government-mandated guidelines. Rest assured that we will work hard to continue to deliver the highest level of service despite the restrictions.
We sincerely hope that you and those around you are and remain well. We know we are privileged to have you as a client and are working hard to continue serving you as you expect. Thank you for your business, your friendship, and your trust.
PREVIEWS & consultations UPDATE
All visits for previews or consultations continue to require an appointment.
Please contact a specialist to arrange a preview or consultation appointment, or for auction details, additional photographs, condition reports and any further information.
Pick ups & Drop Offs continue on an appointment basis
We are pleased to provide safe options for picking up your purchased items, as well as dropping off consignments, Mondays through Fridays.
Pick Up Process
In-Person Pick Up:
- Appointments are required.
- All appointments require two business days’ notice.
Courier and Shipper Pick Up:
We continue to work with shippers and couriers for pick up of purchased items.
Drop Off Process:
Similar to the pick-up process, all drop offs require an appointment. For more information please contact [email protected]
If you prefer to wait to pick up your purchases, please be assured that your items will be safely stored and insured while on our premises.
Important note: COVID-19 health and safety practices are required to be followed at all times.
Client site visits
We carefully assess the safety of visits to our clients’ homes or offices and follow all mandated and recommended guidelines.
We are pleased to connect with you by telephone or over a video call to discuss items you maybe considering for consignment, or to provide additional information about a current auction.
We’re also pleased to meet with you – virtually – on the video platform of your choice to discuss consignment opportunities or your appraisal needs. Please contact us to find out more.
What We’re Doing
Our entire staff is fully vaccinated.
As required by health authorities our onsite staff adheres to strict guidelines, which include:
- Wearing masks
- Physical distancing
- Frequent handwashing
- Completing a Health Declaration upon arrival at the office
- Disinfecting common areas immediately following use
- Providing detailed safety protocols when arranging pick ups and drop offs, or meeting with clients onsite.

The measures we have put in place are mandatory – and we appreciate your cooperation. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.
Please be aware that due to some of the precautions we are required to observe, we are not always able to accommodate your requests for access to the gallery for previews, immediate pick ups, or drop offs. Our staff are working hard to meet your requests within a safe and manageable environment.
We are grateful to all our clients and assure you that we always have your best interests at heart. We share a common objective – to achieve the best possible results. Our decision-making is always guided by fiscal and ethical accountability.
