Waddington’s – April 1 Update

UpdateD April 1, 2020, 4:00 pm

Access to Our Offices is Unavailable – BUT waddington’s is ONLINE!

We are willingly complying with the direction of government and health authorities to close our office doors during this time. We do this in the best interest of our community to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus and we sincerely hope that you, your family and friends remain safe and healthy.

While our physical offices are closed, we are proud to be fully functional online.

We can’t meet with you in person, but we’re happy to connect by phone, email, or video conferencing. From Toronto to Vancouver, every member of our team is working remotely and we all look forward to serving you today, tomorrow and beyond. We also encourage you to browse our website to view upcoming and past auctions, as well as our News section that is brimming with new blogs, including an interview with our new Director of Asian Art.

Like you, we will be monitoring all developments. Your well-being, the safety of our colleagues and the community is our first priority. Don’t hesitate to contact any member of the Waddington’s team. Please visit our Contact List.

Upcoming Auctions

All of our planned auctions will be offered, however we may be required to alter some scheduling. Please check our website for updates.

Working from Our Virtual Offices

We are all working from home until we are advised differently by government and health authorities. We appreciate your patience and understanding – please know that everyone will be working hard to do their best to assist you.

Pick-ups on Hold

We know when you’ve purchased something in our auctions you want to be able to bring that item home as soon as possible. We are currently not able to arrange pick-ups, including with shipping services. Our apologies.

However, we are pleased to provide storage free of charge at our secure, insured location during this time.

No Drop-offs

Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate drop-offs at our offices. We will advise you immediately when this changes.

House Visits Suspended

We are suspending all house calls during this time – for your safety and ours. Our specialists will be happy to discuss alternate arrangements with you.

Stay Connected

We will be providing updates in this News section related to any further changes. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@waddingtons.ca if you have any specific questions.

You can also look forward to additional content on our social media platforms; please visit us on Instagram and Facebook at @waddingtons275, as well as on Twitter.

Thank you to all our friends and our colleagues for your continued support and understanding.
