With everyone’s health and safety our top priority, here’s what we’re doing to protect our clients and staff to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Waddington’s is committed to keeping our community safe. While public access is restricted to our Toronto gallery at this time, please contact a specialist for auction details, additional photographs, condition reports, virtual previews or consultations.
Pick ups & Drop Offs
We are pleased to provide safe options for picking up your purchased items, as well as dropping off consignments, Mondays through Fridays.
Pick Up Process
In-Person Pick Up:
- Appointments are required.
- To ensure contact-less service, all pick ups must be prepaid.
- Please note that all appointments require two business days’ notice.
Courier and Shipper Pick Up:
We continue to work with shippers and couriers for pick up of purchased items.
Drop Off Process:
Similar to the pick-up process, all drop offs require an appointment. For more information please contact [email protected]
If you prefer to wait to pick up your purchases, please be assured that your items will be safely stored and insured while on our premises.
Important note: Health and safety practices are required to be followed at all times.

Under the current restrictions in Toronto, we are not allowed to invite visitors to the gallery. We are happy to provide additional photographs, detailed information, condition reports, virtual previews or consultations.
Client site visits
For the duration of the restrictions, we are pausing visits to clients’ homes or offices. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but believe this is in all of our best interest.
We are pleased to connect with you by telephone or over a video call to discuss items you maybe considering for consignment, or to provide additional information about a current auction.
We’re pleased to meet with you – virtually – on the video platform of your choice to discuss consignment opportunities or your appraisal needs. Please contact us to find out more.
What We’re Doing
As requested by health authorities, we are staying at home as much as possible. Our onsite skeleton staff adheres to strict guidelines, which include:
- Wearing masks
- Physical distancing
- Frequent handwashing
- Completing a Health Declaration upon arrival at the office
- Disinfecting common areas immediately following use
- Providing detailed safety protocols when arranging pick ups
What we ask you to do
Please also be aware that due to some of the precautions we are required to observe, we are not always able to accommodate your requests for immediate pick ups or drop offs. Our staff are working hard to meet your requests within a safe and manageable environment.
