How we’re working to offer the best auction & Appraisal services

Waddington’s continues to follow government guidelines, specifically the provincial State of Emergency extended to July 15.

While our physical offices and gallery spaces are closed to the public, we are committed to providing the best service to our clients from our remote offices. The safety of our staff, our clients and the community continues to be at the forefront of all our planning. Our onsite team adheres to strict guidelines and will provide detailed safety information when arranging pick up and drop off appointments.

Curbside Pickups & Drop Offs

We are pleased to provide options for curb side pick up and shipping of your purchased items, as well as receiving consignments, at our gallery. Contact us to find out more, or book an appointment.

Please note that we are currently unable to provide in-person public previews. However, we are delighted to provide additional photographs, detailed condition reports, etc.

2020 – What a Year

Waddington’s celebrates our 170th birthday this year. We have reached this milestone by being fiscally responsible, respecting the needs of our clients, observing the market, and taking care of our staff. These qualities have been foundation of our success, even at this unprecedented time.

While it is still not clear what the next several months will really look like, we are starting to imagine what the remainder of the 2020 auction season could be.  We’ve all learned to be flexible and to adapt to new ways of doing business. Our online auction capability is a core strength for our business and we are excited to find new ways to leverage its potential. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. We know that when you purchase something from our auctions you want to be able to possess it as soon as possible. We are pleased to be able to schedule curbside pick up or shipping as of May 19.

Please note that while your purchased items are on our premises, everything is insured and stored safely in our secure facilities.
