As we have throughout the pandemic, Waddington’s adheres to government-mandated and recommended guidelines and focuses on the best solutions to protect our staff and community. 

We sincerely hope that you and those around you are and remain well. We know we are privileged to have you as a client and we continue to work hard to deliver the highest level of service.

While most of our staff are working onsite, we continue to support work from home and alternative work schedules.

PREVIEWS

We are pleased to invite clients to our auction previews.

Mandatory mask wearing is no longer required in Ontario, but we support and encourage anyone who feels more comfortable wearing a mask while visiting Waddington’s. You will find many of our staff are continuing to wear masks as well.

Our specialists are also pleased to continue connecting with you over the phone, via email or video.

Pick ups & Drop Offs continue on an appointment basis

We are pleased to provide safe options for you to pick up purchased items, as well as dropping off consignments, Mondays through Fridays.

Courier and Shipper Pick Up

We continue to work with shippers and couriers for pick up of purchased items.

Extended Storage

Many of our clients preferred to wait to pick up items purchased over the last year. At this time, we ask that you make arrangements for pick up or delivery of purchased items at your earliest convenience.

Client site visits

We are pleased to visit you in your home or office to discuss appraisal or consignment opportunities, following appropriate COVID-19 protocols to ensure our and your safety.

We are also pleased to connect with you by telephone or over a video call to discuss consignment opportunities. Please contact us to find out more.

What we ask you to do

We request that visitors to Waddington’s follow the recommendations provided by public health officials. The measures put in place are necessary to protect us all – and we appreciate your cooperation. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.
