Note:

Aliana Au, born in Guangdong, China, came to Canada in 1970. She studied Chinese painting with Professor Au Ho-Nien in Hong Kong. At the School of Art, University of Manitoba, she studied from 1970-73 and 1977-78 under several professors including Ivan Eyre and Robert Bruce. She is a master watercolourist.

Au's work is included in many corporate and private collections in Canada, USA and Europe, among them the Canada Arts Council, Manitoba Government, TD Bank and the Winnipeg Art Gallery.

Au lives and paints in Winnipeg.
