Cabernet Sauvignon: Southbrook, Stratus and Icellars Showcase a Bold Cabernet Sauvignon Blend (12 bottles)

A trio of Niagara’s top estate wineries that are known for producing high quality, ageable red wines collaborated to create a bold Cab Sauv blend – a ‘Collab Sauv’ if you will. Casey Hogan, Southbrook Vineyard; Dean Stoyka, Stratus Vineyards; and Adnan Icel, Icellars Estate Winery brought forth wines from the small yielding, yet beautiful, 2022 vintage. Each of these vineyards from the Niagara-on-the-Lake region brings its own unique character to the finished blend. This wine from such a concentrated and ripe year is one of intensity with a strong structural core that will reward patience and allow for many years of aging before it is opened.

Estimate $400-$600
