The City Art Centre in Edinburgh, Scotland holds the larger, final version of “The Reaper” for which this lot is the finished sketch. Measuring 18.1” x 14.7” (46.1 x 37.5 cm), it was presented to the centre by the Scottish Modern Arts Association in 1964, Accession No. CAC69/1964.
