Note:

A print after Philip James de Loutherbourg’s painting was published in Thomas Macklin’s Bible in 1800. The Bible had 70 engraved plates, 16 of which were by Philip James de Loutherbourg. After Macklin's death, T. Cadell and W. Davies, London published the Macklin Bible in 1815.
