Lot Report

Note:

I found an abandoned amusement park outside of Trinity, NL. I was especially taken by a train car that had such vibrant colour and was covered with graffiti. The colour, texture and pattern were extraordinary. This site was one of the most appealing places I've photographed.

About the Artist:
Helen Mahler is a photographer and high school math teacher. She studied Ceramics and Photography at West Surrey College of Art in England. There she began her passion with photography, developing both film and prints and shooting in black and white. Early on she began to explore pattern, shapes, texture, contrast and reflections and continues to examine the geometry in our world.
