One side signed 'Bizen no Kuni Osafune Ju Shichibei nojo Sukesada (fifth generation), Kanbun 1 February' (1661), the other side signed 'Sozaemon nojo Sukesada' (secular name); gold-inlaid heavy iron fuchi-kashira, sukashi tsuba with kamon, and crayfish menuki; nagasa length 20.5 in (52 cm)
overall length 34.6 in — 88 cm
