Note:

Written in official seal script, the stamp may have been used by the authority for the Commander of the Seventh Mixed Battalion, Frontier Force, First Army. The ‘mixed battalion’ was devised by the the Manchu ruler, Nurhachi (1559-1626) in 1618 after his subjugation of the land bordered the Amur and Tumen rivers.
