Abe Goldberg is recorded in Evelyn de R. McMann's, "Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, formerly Art Association of Montreal Spring exhibitions 1880-1970," p. 147.

Note:

Abe Goldberg resided in Montreal on Clarke Street (no number). In 1942 he is recorded living at 69 Marie Anne Street West, Montreal (1946 to 1950).

Goldberg exhibited six paintings at the MMFA including two works in 1942, two works in 1946, one work in 1947 and one work in 1950. An oil entitled "Farm Scene," dated 1945, was offered at Hindman's auction on September 28, 2003, lot 472.
