Provenance:

His design was originally produced for Thonet, after which the license was transferred to Gavina, Italy. This iteration of the Wassily chair is an authentic Made in Italy by Gavina design. Knoll currently own's the license for Breuer's design having purchased Gavina for all Breuer design licenses.

Damage to leather arm strap of one (disconnected from the frame), and to the seat (partially disconnected) of the other.
