Note:

Phillip Heine was General Manager of Intercolonial Railway of Canada when he used this Henry Birks and Sons trowel at the ceremony laying the cornerstone of the new station at New Castle, New Brunswick in 1903. Interolonial Railway was merged with Grand Trunk, Canandian Northern and Prince Edward Island Railways to form Canadian National Railways in 1919.
